CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time and mine—thank you for respecting our shared space. At The Wisteria Room, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure an unhurried, personalized experience. To support this: Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Please provide at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled session I understand that life happens - Each client receives a one-time courtesy pass for a late cancellation or missed appointment.
